WAKEFIELD REVENUE

Your CRM is sitting on pipeline you already paid for.

We reactivate dormant leads with AI-driven outreach and book qualified meetings on your calendar. You pay per meeting held — not per email sent.

The problem

Every B2B company has them: contacts that raised a hand, took a call, or downloaded something — and never bought.
Wrong timing, no budget, the champion left. They're still in your CRM — and most of them are still in your market.

What this isn't

Not purchased lists — these are contacts you generated.
Not a tool you have to learn; we operate the system.
Not sales — we book the meeting, your team closes it.

How it works

1. We clean it. Duplicates removed, dead addresses purged, current clients suppressed.
2. We segment it. By how and when each contact went cold.
3. We run it. Campaigns go out from dedicated infrastructure — never your domain, never your sender reputation.
4. You get meetings. Interested replies route straight to your calendar.

Pricing

A fixed setup fee covers configuration and infrastructure. After that, you pay per qualified meeting that actually happens. No retainers, no long contracts.

For that data, our client is the data controller and we act only as a processor. We process it strictly on our client's instructions, do not use it for our own purposes, and delete it within thirty (30) days of the end of the engagement, retaining only the suppression records we are legally required to keep.
